Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and even gave us a quick shower to freshen up after a long journey. Finally, the rooms were top-notch with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The attention to detail in the hotel was commendable - everything was clean and well-maintained. And let's not forget the breakfast, which, despite some negative reviews, I found to be quite decent with a good variety of options. this hotel offers great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Spent Xmas at this cozy hotel and had a great time! Loved the comfortable beds and the huge room with a very secure bathroom. the place is located in a top location, right on a pedestrian street, and half a block away from the main plaza. Perfect for buying souvenirs and to get everywhere easily. Staff was extremely nice, accommodating, and helped us a lot. We even arrived early morning and were allowed to check-in promptly. the hotel had a beautiful courtyard which was great to enjoy the sun and a drink!

The hotel could've done better with breakfast and coffee. the early morning rooster was a real turn-off and highly recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Despite a few shortcomings, our romantic escape had some good aspects. The location was outstanding, with plenty of attractions just a stone’s throw away. The soaking tub was a real treat, and the bathroom was spacious and enjoyable. we appreciated the secure sizeable room with its comfy beds, which offered the privacy we craved for.

it was frustrating that the staff didn't speak English since we ended up having to rely on Google Translate for most of our interactions. The breakfast was subpar, and when we asked for more food, we felt that the staff was offended.
